Twin Disc's industrial line includes torque converters, power-shift transmissions, dry clutches, marine transmissions, water jets, and PTO's. Twin Disc's complete line of hydraulic torque converters can meet the requirements of diesel installations from 90 to 3500 hp. Single-Stage units are available in both stationary and rotating housing type and the three-stage units come in a wide range of types, sizes, and capacities.
Twin Disc Power-Shift transmissions are offered with a capacity range to 800 hp. Straight-through type models and transfer case type models are available. Automatic transmission systems for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting vehicles are also available and feature Twin Disc advanced microprocessor technology and system engineering.
Advanced features and superior construction are the hallmarks of Twin Disc's dry clutches. Offered in both air-actuated and mechanically-actuated lines, Twin Disc clutches are available in diameters from 6" to 42" and capacities up to 276,000 lb.-ft. torque.
Twin Disc Marine Transmissions combine helical gearing for quiet operation with hydraulic-controlled and oil-cooled clutches for smooth, fast shifting on all types of vessels ranging from pleasure craft to continuous workboat duty. Reduction ratios in forward and reverse are identical so you can give full power to both. Available down-angle output allows for near-level engine installation. Both the remote and direct mounted V-drives are space savers and optional trolling valve assemblies are available.

control system is the ultimate in controlling the engines and transmissions while
providing the propulsion system with shift and throttle timing logic. As beautiful
as it is efficient, the EC200 includes outstanding features including up to 6 control
stations, optional engine synchronization, optional trolling valve control, optional shaft
brake control and optional electronic interface. For even more convenience, Twin
Disc offers the EC100RE - The Power Commander. This simple to operate, remote
hand-held control unit is available for single or twin engine boats, with or without stern
and/or bow thruster controls.
